March is International Women's Month, and Arc'teryx wants to help shine a spotlight on the women in our community. We're partnering with TwoGirlsOneCrux and Movement to host a full day of fun, climbing and learning. All skill levels are welcome!
Arc'teryx will be sponsoring free clinics, hosting a raffle in the afternoon, and a special 'Session with the Setters' to round out the evening. Megan and Sierra, from TwoGirlsOneCrux, are 2 of our newest ambassadors and will be hanging out all day to meet and climb with the community.
If you are not an existing Movement member, but would still like to attend and climb, be sure to mark that section in the sign up sheet so we can know ahead of time. We will be covering a limited number of day passes for guests!
Check out the full schedule and links for clinics below!
Please be sure to RSVP above as well so we can get an accurate headcount. Thank you and hope to see you there!
Arc'teryx will be tabling from 4-8pm at the gym, so stop by and say hi! We'll have stickers, gear to demo, and more information on upcoming community events.
You will also have an opportunity to learn more about the Women's Routesetting Workshop Movement is hosting on 3/11 & 3/12. We are sponsoring 2 scholarship spots for this workshop.
We are sponsoring 3 free clinics for guests to sign up for. Sign up for a course via the link below, taught by our friends at Movement.
Space is very limited so be sure to read the details, make note of the timing, and only sign up if you can attend.
4:30-6pm : Tech Lab
4:30-6pm : Intro to Bouldering
4:30-6pm : Intro to Top Rope
We have some time between sessions to hangout, climb, and win prizes! Megan and Sierra will be joining us during this time, to interact and share some climbing knowledge with the community. They might just be able to help share some climbing beta too!
We will also be hosting the giveaway for some Arc'teryx gear at 7:30.
Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a routesetter looks like? Join our session with the setters to learn more about the setting process, what goes into a route, and learn more about our Women’s Routesetting Workshop!
This will be lead by Sierra and Honey!
